EdgeBRASS (Branch Reporting And Sales System):

EdgeBRASS captures and consolidates all stock related transactions to the centralized database in order to calculate Gross Profit (GP) by shops. This module supports both Retail Inventory Method and Weighted Average Stock Valuation Method. As it is used to analysis store performance, it will thus be resided at Head Office usually.

t is used to collect sales and purchases transactions from stores and warehouses to calculate individual store performance. Thus, all stock related transactions are captured and stored into the system via on-line and/or batch modes to poll back to EdgeBRASS from other relevant EdgeRetail modules such as EdgePOS, EdgeSM and EdgeWarehousing to come up with individual stores stock balances.

While there is no requirement to calculate GP by stores, we will use the module together with web services to report physical stock by stores.
