EdgeDX (Data Exchange)

EdgeDX is a tool to control and manage communications between remote sites and other back office business applications. It runs on a ArgoSoft Mail Server is a fully functional SMTP/POP3/Finger server for Windows 95/98/NT/2000, which will act as an email system specially designed for Internal Data Exchange. It consists of several software components, which are executed in both head office's Communication Server and remote sites. There is a set of database to be maintained on the Communication Server, which controls and manages network activities.

EdgeDX is a complete software system allowing a central computer to automatically exchange data with multiple remote computers. It is designed to handle a wide variety of data collection and distribution, such as polling, data downloading, documents exchange and other tasks that require scheduled or un attended data communications. It's a very compact and easy to use system.
